Real sourdough bread takes time. Leavened during 12 hours by a natural yeast culture, it requires only three ingredients : flour, water and salt. Long fermentation and the wild strain of yeast give a slightly sour taste to the bread and better inherent keeping qualities.

The beauty of sourdough bread is that you will never make the same bread twice!
